Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
You are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if more information is necessary to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.
You are patient, empathetic and value good communication skills.
In addition to answering and managing incoming calls, customer support inquiries, identifying and assessing customers' needs, proactively resolving issues, you will work closely with our service department to route service technicians to accommodate customer needs.
Customer Support Representative Job Duties:
Answer incoming calls, as well as other lines of communications.
Troubleshoot any issues related to our machines and services.
Manage lines of communication with Service Technicians or appropriate departments to resolve issues.
Identify and analyze consumer concerns; take or recommend appropriate actions; formulate alternative solutions; and follow-up to ensure problems are resolved.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and demonstrate receptiveness to feedback, as well as understand differences in communication style adjusting as necessary.
Complete assignments in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner with an attention to detail, achieving expected outcomes.
Collaborate with team members and customers to ensure all pertinent information is gathered to resolve the issue.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open, interactive, positive communication.
Effectively handle quality complaints, adverse events and claims according to Standard Operating Procedures while maintaining superior customer service etiquette.
Coordinate with Service Managers to dispatch Service Technicians according to priority customer, contractual obligations, and business need.
Track and record customer interactions and resolutions.
Ensure excellent service standards, high response time to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Listen actively to others and ask appropriate questions for clarification.
Prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities.
Adhere to company procedures and processes.
Performs various other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills demonstrating a professional attitude, patience, empathy, and understanding.
Takes pride in being punctual and reliable.
Problem-solving, troubleshooting, investigation, product knowledge, contract interpretation, and business acumen.
Strong skills using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Comfortable multitasking, working on special projects while answering phone calls.
Ability to prioritize, complete tasks, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong phone handling skills, excellent collaborator with the ability to adapt and respond to different personalities and situations.
