Responsibilities will vary depending upon the needs of the club and will include but are not limited to:
Assist with building renovations and new equipment installations Perform general building maintenance and repair as well as general assistance and support including:
Painting Minor plumbing Minor electrical Carpentry Grounds maintenance Set up and break down for special events Light cleaning and trash removal Essential Qualifications Proven maintenance experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Skilled in the use of hand and power tools Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary Ability to recognize maintenance problems and determine corrective actions Strong organizational and follow up skills Professional presentation and attitude Ability to maintain focus while working individually Job Type:
